The 6th International Clarinet Competition Ghent takes place in the Miry Concertzaal of the KASK & Conservatorium Gent (Biezekapelstraat). Parts of the competition take place in concert form such as
· Semi-final with Gents Madrigaalkoor on 3 November 2024 at 18:00
· Semi-final with Zemlinsky Quartet on 4 & 5 November 2024 at 20:00
· Gala concert Sabine Meyer & Desguin Quartet on 6 November 2024 at 20:00
· Final with Symfonieorkest Vlaanderen on 8 November 2024 at 20:00
In addition to these concerts, the organizers provide a platform for young Belgian musicians on 9 and 10 November 2024 each at 15:00. On 9 November, this concert takes place in the Blauwe zaal of the GO! Kunstacademie Gent De Poel.
