AMUZ stands with one foot in the summer – the early music festival Laus Polyphoniae (31 August – 7 September 2025) is already beckoning – but simultaneously unveils its brand new season programme 25|26. The Antwerp music temple once again bundles a generous palette of surprising, moving and intellectually stimulating concerts, carefully curated for those who wish to feed their curiosity.

Those who cannot wait for the printed brochure to arrive can now already explore the concise online version. The concert agenda on amuz.be shows month by month – from September 2025 through March 2026 – all the details. A taste of what's to come? The Spotify playlist 'Season 25|26' will guide you aurally through the offering. Ticket sales begin on Thursday 8 May 2025 at 12.00 for AMUZ Friends (online). The general public can book from Saturday 10 May 2025 at 9.00 online; the box office also opens at 10.00.
Twenty candles on the cake
In 2026, AMUZ will blow out twenty candles. The venue celebrates this milestone with ensembles that love to transcend the boundaries of time, space and convention: Utopia Ensemble, VOCES8, Stile Antico and B'Rock colour in the jubilee. Dream of a free birthday subscription? If you have your birthday on 5 or 8 October 2025, 8 December 2025 or 30 January 2026 – the dates of the celebration concerts – send an email with proof of identity before 1 July. The first four birthday celebrants will be treated specially.
Threefold residence fireworks: Olga Pashchenko
Pianist and harpsichordist Olga Pashchenko (b. 1986) – acclaimed for her fabulous technique and stylistically fluid musicality – commits herself for three seasons as artist in residence. The opening salvo consists of three concerts:

a solo recital in which Lieder ohne Worte (1829-1845) by Fanny Mendelssohn (1805-1847) and Felix Mendelssohn (1809-1847) reveal their intimate poetry;

a lieder evening with baritone Georg Nigl (b. 1972) around Schwanengesang (1828) by Franz Schubert (1797-1828);
-
a Mozart gala with Il Gardellino that builds towards an exalted delirium – think a touch of fireworks on the intimate AMUZ stage.
With this residence trajectory, AMUZ loudly says "yes" to curiosity, historical awareness and an open outlook on the future – precisely the values that have defined the venue since 2006.
