Anastasia Zorina (*1989) received her first piano lessons at the music academy for gifted students in her birthplace Jekaterinenburg. She completed her studies at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in München with Claude-France Journès and continued her studies with Gerhard Oppitz. Her recording of the Chopin Etudes is characterized by subtle interpretation and technical brilliance.
