Natalie Dessay shone as the Queen of the Night, moved in "Lucia di Lammermoor" and "La Sonnambula" and made a name for herself on the opera stage with roles such as Olympia, Manon, Musetta and Cleopatra. After training at the Atelier Lyrique de l'Opera National de Paris and an international opera career, Natalie Dessay decided to dedicate herself to spoken theater, chanson and song repertoire. The duo, which she founded in 2011 with her artistic partner Philippe Cassard, has given 135 performances worldwide and completely reinvented the recital as a unique moment of expression, performance and emotional encounter. Ten years after her last performance at the Opera Bastille in "La Fille du regiment", Natalie Dessay has decided to give her farewell concert on March 31, 2025 on the stage of the Palais Garnier. This is the final album of this legendary duo, celebrating the 60th birthday of one of the greatest sopranos of her generation.
