Chamber Music

One Sunday per month the Foyer Grétry welcomes musicians from the orchestra and choir of the house for an hour of chamber music. In the intimate setting of this architectural gem they explore a repertoire in which individual craftsmanship and collective sensitivity touch each other. Away from the spotlight of the grand stage, the artists of the Opéra Royal de Wallonie-Liège show another side of their talent: from duo to quintet the line-up varies per concert, and each programme explores a carefully chosen repertoire, from classical to contemporary. On the afternoon of 13 December the series takes a poetic pause with a festive Christmas concert for the whole family.
