For Beethoven lovers, this will be a special Good Friday. On this very day, the world commemorates the two-hundredth anniversary of Ludwig van Beethoven's death. In addition to the landscape paintings of the Sixth Symphony, a rare performance of Christus am Ölberge, the only oratorio that Beethoven composed, will be heard.
