Singers and orchestra members associated with Opera Ballet Vlaanderen treat you to a relaxing aperitif concert every month. Great pages from chamber music alternate with rarely performed works and forgotten gems. After each concert, there is an opportunity to chat with the musicians. One drink is included in the ticket for each concert. Richard Strauss immortalized the rogue and freebooter Till Eulenspiegel, known from folk tales and Charles De Coster's novel La légende d'Ulenspiegel, in a highly colorful symphonic poem. Musicians from Opera Ballet Vlaanderen perform a virtuoso chamber music version of the work, Till Eulenspiegel einmal anders! by Franz Hasenöhrl. Beethoven's contagious Septet in E-flat and Robert Schumann's Fantasiestücke, opus 73 complete a program full of bravura, lyricism and fantasy.
