American Road Trip

Violinist Augustin Hadelich unveils his new album "American Dream", a true musical road trip through the United States together with pianist Orion Weiss. The duo performs works by American composers from the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries, ranging from Romanticism to jazz, from blues to bluegrass. Among the composers are Aaron Copland, Leonard Bernstein, John Adams, as well as contemporary artists such as Daniel Bernard Roumain. Hadelich, of Italian and German descent, moved to the United States at age 19 to study at Juilliard and has since become a citizen of this country which he loves so much. Available on CD and vinyl.
