Accordionist Théo Ould presents this new album as his "most personal": "as if I had not allowed myself to play Astor's music to free my accordion from clichés and to focus on more classical repertoires." But it was when he heard Libertango at the age of six that Théo's calling was born! 20 years later, the French musician from Marseille tackles this music with fire and enthusiasm, with tailor-made arrangements and the collaboration of the Bilitis quartet, double bass player Blanche Stromboni and with the exceptional participation of singer Marina Viotti, for a beautiful and generous Balada para un loco, a poem by Horacio Ferrer set to music by Piazzolla. Crazy about this music, Théo Ould communicates his passion and invites us via Ferrer's Balada: "Climb into this tender delirium that burns in me, put on this lark wig - and fly!" Fly with me now! Come, fly, come!"
