Complete Organ Works

Giovanni Morandi was one of the most important organists and organ composers in 19th-century Italy. Despite his background in the opera world, he did not incorporate opera influences in his work. The fifth volume of the complete recording of his organ works on Da Vinci Classics contains three works from the Raccolte di Sonate op. 20-22, which (mostly) consist of three movements: for the most important moments of the Catholic mass (i.e. offertory, elevation and communion).
