Complete Symphonies for Piano

The piano composer Alexander Scriabin left behind three symphonies and two symphonic poems, although these are among his best-known works. They are presented here in arrangements for piano four hands together with Scriabin's first orchestral piece "Rêverie" and a posthumously published fantasy for two pianos. The sometimes very large orchestration of the orchestral works, which made frequent performances difficult, prompted some of Scriabin's contemporaries, such as Alexander Winkler or Léon Conus, to make arrangements for his main instrument, the piano.
