Flemish Organ Heritage

Each country has its own tradition of organ music, which also goes hand in hand with the development of the instruments. A large part of the literature is unknown to few listeners. The restoration of the Klais organ in the Sint Salvatorskathedraal in Brugge was the occasion for the titular organist to select the works on this cd. The music spans a period from 1890 to 1960 and demonstrates the splendor of the sound of this remarkable instrument.
