With her new album "Mozartiana", the award-winning violinist Clarissa Bevilacqua presents a fascinating musical tribute and simultaneously opens new perspectives on a timeless genius. Alongside masterworks such as Mozart's Sonata for violin and piano, Beethoven's Twelve Variations on "Le Nozze di Figaro" and Schnittke's Moz-Art for ensemble, the album contains contemporary compositions specially written for this album by Felix Willeitner, Sophia Jani, Jorge Bosso and Giovanni Sollima – each a world premiere. Clarissa Bevilacqua thereby demonstrates once again her passionate dedication to the combination of classical and modern music. Mozartiana is a living expression of artistic curiosity, diversity and musical dialogue across the centuries.
