With IN ORBIT the Euregio Jeugdorkest takes you on a musical journey through extremes of the universe, from dark depths to sparkling galaxies.
Central is the monumental suite The Planets by Gustav Holst, a colorful musical exploration of the planets and their mythical character. Additionally, the solemn and dramatic overture to Tannhäuser by Richard Wagner resonates, full of earthly and divine seduction. The stars themselves shine in Sirius by Jan Van der Roost, while the legendary film music by John Williams from Star Wars: The Force Awakens carries the audience to a universe of heroes and adventure.
