House artist Nadar Ensemble celebrates 20 years with Hide To Show. Technology, music and performance merge in work by Stefan Prins, Louis d'Heudières and Michael Beil. 'Flanders' most adventurous ensemble', according to De Standaard, celebrates 20 years. Nadar Ensemble, house artist at DE SINGEL for many years, marks this jubilee with their internationally acclaimed flagship production Hide To Show. In Mesh by Stefan Prins, the boundaries between human, technology and nature blur. With the help of headphones, each listener creates their own perspective, allowing the concert to unfold simultaneously individually and collectively. In Laughter Studies by Louis d'Heudières, created in collaboration with musicians from Fameus, a playful yet sharp reflection emerges on multilingualism, communication and the concert ritual itself. Finally, in Hide To Show by Michael Beil, all stops are pulled out in a virtuosic and technologically stunning tour de force in which image, sound and performance merge seamlessly. A sensory experience that keeps your eye and ear constantly sharp, precisely as you would expect from Nadar Ensemble.
