Which ensembles are shaping the future of classical music? Which artists translate that music to today? How are young musicians giving tradition a new voice? And what meaning can a concert still have? Every year Klarafestival joins forces with other programmers to search for exceptional, distinctive ensembles. With Supernova, the festival offers these artists an explosive springboard to a wider platform. The two laureates win a concert tour through Belgium, with Klarafestival as the festive first stop. During the final on 31 January at deSingel you can help determine who receives the audience prize.
